It was great, we had a lovely time and – apart from one day – even managed to stay dry.The accommodation was generally to a very high standard and it was interesting to stay in all the different places, Giffard House set the bar pretty high straight off.The trip notes and recommendations for lunch also worked out well, thank you. We particularly enjoyed a lovely detour through East Meon – taking in Lunch at Ye Olde George Inn.All in all we had fantastic holiday and are keen to complete the SDW soon, possibly same time next year.
